Hitch Corner Order Information & Shipping Policies
Ordering Information
We prefer that all orders be done online or via fax. Any items that do not have the "add to cart button"
will need to be ordered by phone (most of these items are not UPS shippable).
Many items are special order and may take up to 2 weeks to get in.
You will get the shipping cost after you add the item to your "shopping cart." You will see this cost before
you enter any credit card information.

Pricing
We try to maintain up-to-date pricing. However, due to recent skyrocketing steel prices, many
manufacturers have had to increase prices without notifying us. Therefore, prices are subject
to change without notice. However, we will always notify you first and allow you to cancel
your order if an unexpected price increase occurs.
Payment
We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa credit cards, as well as PayPal payments.
Shipping Information
We ship daily via UPS. UPS picks up at 2:30 PM (MST). We offer all of their shipping options:
- Next Day
- 2nd Day
- 3 Day Select
- Standard Ground
We do not offer Saturday delivery, since UPS will not deliver to all destinations on Saturday.
We try to fill orders within 24 hours, but we may not have every item in stock that you are
ordering. However, we will make every effort possible
to get the items to you as quickly as possible. Standard Ground takes 3-5 business days for
arrival.
We can only ship within the United States and cannot ship to a PO Box.
NOTE: If there are any additional shipping charges added by UPS due to incorrect shipping information
given by you, they will be billed to your credit card (i.e. incorrect address or failure to
include a suite or apartment number).
Returns

No returns are allowed without prior authorization & must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items can be returned for a full refund (less shipping), No
Questions Asked, if:
- You Call Us To Get a Return Authorization Number
- The Item Was Not Specially Ordered by the Hitch Corner For You
- Returned Within 30 Days
- In its Original Packaging - The Complete Item(s) Must Be Returned
- The Product Shows No Wear or Tear
- There Is No Restocking Fee As Long As The Above Is True
- Accompanied By a Copy of the Invoice
